- The Company will design, develop, and deliver software and websites as per agreed specifications.
- Any additional feature requests beyond the initial agreement may incur additional charges.
- The Client is responsible for providing timely feedback and required materials.
2.2 Social Media & Digital Marketing
- The Company will provide marketing services, including but not limited to social media management, paid advertisements, SEO, and content creation.
- Marketing results depend on multiple factors, and the Company does not guarantee specific results.
3. Payment & Fees
- Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in individual service agreements.
- Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Refunds are only applicable in cases where services have not been delivered as per
agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
- Any custom software, website, or marketing content created by the Company remains the property of the Company until full payment is received.
- The Client retains rights to any content they provide.
- Unauthorized use, distribution, or modification of our intellectual property is prohibited.
5. Confidentiality & Data ProtectionData Security
- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information.
- The Company follows standard security practices to protect client data, but is not liable for breaches beyond reasonable control.
6. Limitations of Liability
- The Company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
resulting from the use of our services. - Service interruptions or errors due to third-party tools, hosting providers, or platform
changes are beyond the Company’s control.
7. Termination & Cancellation
- Either party may terminate services with a written notice of [X] days.
