We are looking for a talented and experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress plugins, themes, and custom functionalities to enhance user experience. You will work closely with the development team, designers, and project managers to create high-quality WordPress solutions.
What you will do
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress plugins and themes.
- Write clean, well-structured, and optimized PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, MySQL, and AJAX code.
- Ensure WordPress website security, performance, and scalability.
- Work with custom post types, taxonomies, and meta boxes.
- Implement WordPress Hooks, Actions, and Filters effectively.
- Optimize website speed and ensure high performance on all devices.
- Troubleshoot and debug WordPress issues, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and QA teams to deliver quality projects.
- Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of PHP, OOP concepts, Namespaces, Traits, and Design Patterns.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
- Solid understanding of WordPress core functionalities, including custom queries and meta fields.
- Experience with relational (SQL) and non-relational databases.
- Familiarity with WordPress security best practices.
- Writing reusable, testable, secured and efficient PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, MySQL and AJAX Code.
- Excellent knowledge about WP custom post type, custom taxonomy, and custom meta box
- Fluent in WordPress, PHP, plugins, themes security, JavaScript, and other technologies
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Proficient with relational (SQL) and non-relational database platforms
- Optimize performance of applications utilizing industry standards on all ends of the architecture.
- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
- Good communication skills, with fluency in English (preferred but not required).
